Damages: Please understand that no one is perfect, and that mistakes and damages can occur. Kūle'a Kollective does its best to prevent these situations, but sometimes things do happen. If you received an incorrect or damaged item, e kala mai (our apologies!). Please contact us immediately at kuleakollective@gmail.com upon receiving your order so that we can make things right and arrange a replacement for that damaged item. In order for us to replace a damaged product, the item will need to be unused and unwashed and its in original packaging. We ask that the item be shipped back and we will replace the damaged item with a new one.
